turned eight on Friday!

We had a really fun day celebrating our Brogie boy . . . and I took lots of pictures . . . and I will be back soon . . . to post them . . . . . . along with the other lovely posts currently sitting in my drafts folder.  My poor little blog *sighs* when I open it up . . . so neglected . . .

Lotsa Birds!

We've had a wonderful time with two extra birds in the nest since last Wednesday (everyone but Bryce, who we were blessed to have home for Christmas).  It's been fun getting to know sweet Sloane, our daughter-in-love-to-be! 

She is as silly as the rest of us-- of course she is, she is marrying our one-of-a-kind crazy guy!

We were able to all spend the day together Friday in Austin, and we got to take a look at the apartment that Brady and Sloane will call home come June.  They had spent the the day prior with an apartment locator who was very helpful in finding them their future home sweet, Austin, home!  One big sigh of relief for Brady and Sloane who are about to uproot to a brand new city!

The littles are beyond happy to have some extra bigs here . . . and mama bird has enjoyed her almost full nest!  Brady and Sloane fly back to Spokane later today, but it won't be long until we are all headed to Oregon for the May 26th wedding!  Life is good . . . and very blessed!
